As part of the kitchen you will be working within a team that has already retained a coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand during its first three years under the guidance of one of the South West’s top chefs, Ian Webber. If you are under 24 we can offer NVQ work based qualifications for both kitchen and front of house.
We believe hugely in promoting from within should the opportunities arise with us and will happily help dedicated staff move on to the next level with our extensive connections in the trade should they decide to look elsewhere.

Various opportunities to join our Kitchen team and assist Head Chef, Ian Webber. We would love to hear from those interested in a Sous Chef type of role, Commis Chef and an Apprentice. An exemplary KP is also required but has to be career minded.
FRONT OF HOUSE:
